I believe the yoga postures (asanas) are a gateway to bringing the mind into calm awareness. Classes weave together the asanas with breathing techniques called pranayama, meditation, and Ayurvedic wisdom.

Breathe Deep. Let the breath guide you into expanding, releasing, feeling, and staying present. The awareness of breath in the postures is what links the mind and body.
Have fun. Enjoy being embodied. Stay sensual. Experience the breath in the shape as you open and clean the channels of the body.
